Each individual 18 years old and older must submit a separate application and have a minimum credit score of 650, as well as, no collections, no negative tradelines, no past dues, no bankruptcies, and no past evictions.
To complete this rental application, you must provide 3 years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references. You will also be asked to provide information on your monthly income, and please note that applicant combined gross income to be at least two and a half (2.5) times the monthly rent amount. We strictly enforce on-time rent payments. If you think there's any reason you won't be able to pay rent on-time, please do not apply with us.
Guarantor/Co-Signers Requirements - No Guarantors or Co-Signers will be accepted.
Pet Policy: Pet policy, pet restrictions, & pet fees are on a per property basis. Our pet screening process is completed through https://centurioncapital.petscreening.com/.
Renters Insurance: Renters insurance is required. Proof of coverage must be provided at the time of lease signing.
Occupancy Limits:
Applications are processed in the order received. The first applicant(s) to remit all necessary documentation, pays the application fee, is approved, and pays the required move-in charges after approval will be selected. We continue to process all applications submitted until all move-in costs are received by an approved applicant. A full credit & background check, employment, and rental history verification will be made and reviewed to qualify the applicant. All restrictions, policies, and selection criteria are applied consistently to all applicants.
